Zeagle Ranger JR Youth BCD

The Zeagle Ranger JR gives parents the choice of a quality BCD made specifically for children. Using the same rugged construction as the legendary Ranger BCD, the Ranger JR utilizes Zeagle's Personal Fit System to let you change out specific sections of the BCD so it can grow right along with your child.

The waist panel of the Ranger JR can be adjusted out to add several inches of growth room in the waist area. The shoulder section of the BC can be replaced with larger sections when the child starts inching up past the "knee high to a grasshopper" stage. These features combined with the same quality in material and construction means that the Ranger JR will last for many years saving you from having to buy a new BCD after every growth spurt. 

The Ranger JR is made from the same heavily reinforced 1050-denier ballistic nylon like its adult version for strength and durability. Accessory attachment is provided with 2-stainless steel (SS) angled D-rings on the shoulders and 2-SS D-rings on the vest. The Ranger JR has an adjustable elastic waist panel, torso adjustable shoulder and sternum straps. The waist, shoulder and sternum straps are all equipped with squeeze-style" side-release buckles for easy and quick donning and doffing. The Ranger JR back inflation BC provides 24 lbs. (10.9 kg) of lift and is equipped with Zeagle's Ripcord Weight System with a releasable weight capacity of 16 lbs. (7.26 kg) of block or soft weight. The BC comes equipped with Zeagle's Bx Power Inflator Mechanism. The Bx Power Inflator makes preventative maintenance easy with its threaded lower mechanism that allows the attachment of a garden hose for fast and easy inner bladder rinsing. The Bx is also connected to a cable activated pull dump valve for rapid deflation. Trimming buoyancy in any position is made easy with the additional lower rear over-pressure relief/pull dump valve with pull cord. The BCD weighs 5.6 lbs. (2.5 kg), comes with a low pressure quick disconnect hose with 3/8" threads, and made in the USA.
