SHIPPED ORDERS

Lost Winds offers FREE SHIPPING in the United States INCLUDING HAWAII & ALASKA! We also offer an inexpensive flat rate expedited shipping option for those who need it a little faster!

We ship most orders USPS or UPS Ground with automatically generated tracking information sent directly to your preferred contact method for up to tracking. Please not some packages may require an adult signature.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, due to varying weights, duties, tariffs and other international shipping laws, we are unable to offer flat rate shipping on international orders.

Please not customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs on international orders.

SHIPPING ISSUES

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for shipping both ways and the remaining amount of your order will automatically be issued.

DAMAGED PACKAGES OR PRODUCTS

If, upon inspection of a shipment, the product is visibly damaged, please take photos of the shipping package with the label clearly visible and the product all in a single photo and a separate photo with a close up of the damage, then email us with your order number at supports@lostwinds.com.

Doing this will expedite the replacement product on your end, and reimbursement from the shipping company on our end.
